Sheffield United's Muhamed Besic has not taken part in a great number of the side's Premier League matches in 2019/2020, making nine appearances overall and accumulating 245 minutes of playing time. He has started in two of these appearances across their 24 fixtures and been mainly used as a substitute by entering the game from the bench on seven occasions.
The last Premier League appearance that Besic made came on January 21 for Sheffield United against Manchester City; a match that he played 78 minutes in during a 1-0 defeat.

It was on August 30, 2014 that Besic made his Premier League debut during his spell at Everton, at the age of 21 years and 354 days versus Chelsea. He debuted at Premier League level for current outfit Sheffield United during the encounter versus West Ham United on October 26, 2019.
So far in his Premier League career, he has played 46 games in the competition with no goals scored and no assists for team-mates.
